Hi my name is Mike and as a youngster I was separated from the family Labrador by the name of Toby at a young age due to the break up of the parents.

That black Labrador had a special place in my heart and when I reached the point of being an adult in a stable environment I made a point of starting that unique relationship with another dog still has that unique character I expected in a Labrador.

Things changed in my life socially, financially and relationship wise but the one constant has been my Labrador and the unconditional affection he has for me.

Life isn’t easy with dogs as any pet owner knows. There are problems and tests of your character (and your dogs) and lots of fun to be had along the way together.

This page is about me sharing my love for dogs, tips and tricks I have found out along the way in caring and looking after my dog. And in particular the adventures (good and bad) my best mate and I have had and the stories that go along with it.
